All watch repairs will be undertaken by a BHI Certified Watchmaker with over 40 years in the business.

Full service procedure:

Initial inspection of the movement, case and bracelet.

A FREE estimate will be provided.

You will be informed of the total cost before any work commences and

given the option to go ahead with the repair or have the watch returned to you at your own expense.

Prices may vary from this listing as additional parts are sometimes required

due to damage or wear and tear.

The movement of your watch will then be completely striped down,

cleaned,re-assembled, lubricated, demagnetised and regulated.

The case and bracelet will be polished and re-grained.

Note: Polishing does not mean the complete removal of deep scratches and dents. Badly marked watch cases and bracelets may still have some visible marks after polishing.

The movement will then be fitted into the case prior to the case being

re-sealed and water tested.  

After your watch has passed the 48-hour test period, it will be sent

back to you via Royal mail Special delivery, insured and tracked.

The turnaround time for a full service is usually 3-4 weeks and

the warranty will start

the day the watch is sent out to you.

The following are not covered by the warranty::Water damage :Shock damage:Glass damage

You will be required to pay using the Buy It Now option before you send the watch to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

All items must be well packed and include details of any specific faults on the watch.
